A Pegasus Mail Tag/Quote Manager.

Thalia is essentially a slightly modified text editor. I built it as a stand-alone application as opposed to an extension merely because I don't have Pegasus running 24/7 and I didn't want to have to start it up just because I'm stealing taglines from a newsgroup or web site.

If you have a bug report or enhancement request, please email me. True bugs will be dealt with accordingly and if your suggestion for enhancement has merit you will be thanked and gven credit for it.
