Yeah, just make sure that all of your GND is wired up touching each other in layman's terms.

    7" Display 3.3V (request)

There are some Raspberry Pi displays that are powered off of 5V and sometimes take RCA input (usually HDMI or VGA though). Off the top of my head, I don't know of any displays that match that 3.3V description. There are always some smaller screens like the ones off of 4LayerTech that might suit...

Is it safe to use this wire?

Yes, as long as it is what you described, it should be good for a portable. Consider getting an alternative color of wire if it fits your budget. It's very helpful with routing shielded wire and much more.

I want to buy an Ashida but I have many physical Nintendo Wii and GameCube games

I personally use USBLoaderGX. It's pretty streamlined and easy to install and get working. If you plan on having a larger capacity drive, you might need a software solution to format FAT32 over a certain size.

Can i ground the amplifier to the usb or the console

Make sure both devices use the same Ground, but obviously supply different voltages to the console (12V) and the amp (5V). If you need to step down the voltage with a regulator (12 to 5V), then do that, what are you using for your battery management system (BMS)?

Can i ground the amplifier to the usb or the console

Stitches is right, you want a common ground for everything in your build. Having your USB GND going to your console and the GND for your amp going to that as well is what you’d want to do. Like stated above, all ground are connected together. (Make sure they are all connected, don’t wire it...

Worklog [2024 Contest Entry] PiPal Raspberry Pi Portable

Update 10/30/24: I've been hard at work over the summer and since the due date is coming up I thought I'd update my worklog! 6/17/24: I received my custom PCBs from PCBWay, there was a slight error in my PCB design relating to the switches and the internal contacts comparing to the PCB, but...

Worklog [2024 Contest Entry] PiPal Raspberry Pi Portable

Intro: Earlier this year I completed my Ashida Wii Portable (you can see it on my profile). Around 2022, I made my first Raspberry Pi Emulator Portable. It was sort of a kit with a custom 3D printed parts. Now, I've taken what I've learned and I hope to make and finish a project of my own...

    Solved No Composite Signal Issue

When you installed RVLoader, did you enable the VGA patch? That could be your issue. It also doesn’t hurt to rewire composite again in case you had made a slight mistake. You could try to wire Composite on the front of the board: Also even if the fan is spinning it doesn’t mean that your...

Guide Constant Corruption & Crashes in RVLoader

I did, I just don't have a picture of it. The issues still persist when the length is way shorter and routed away from any wires that would disrupt the signal. Also, my SDW and SCW lines are great as well, no issues there; only with that drive it seems.

Guide Constant Corruption & Crashes in RVLoader

I tested with different wire, shielded wire, different gauges, and more. Here is a picture of the wiring before I routed it away from everything: I have since closed up the portable. I also shortened the wire. Here is when I used super shielded wire, and the issue still wasn’t fixed until...

Guide Constant Corruption & Crashes in RVLoader

Myself, @WolfSquatch, & @stevelikestnt were encountering issues with RVLoader corruption with Hiidra, etc. After rewiring the USB multiple times on Trimmed Wiis it still wouldn't work. Results of data corruption are posted below. We were both using the SanDisk Ultra Fit 3.1 (128, 256GB, & 512GB...

    My Finished Ashida

Here’s my finished Ashida! After giving up on this project last August, I persevered to complete it! Special thanks to CrazyGadget for helping me with VGA & other issues last year, and for encouraging me to finish! The case is 3D printed on an FDM printer and I sanded, filled, and painted it...

Model I made a 3D model of a Joy-Con Joystick to Help With Custom Portable Designs!

This model is to scale and can be used for whatever it might help you with! The measurements should all be good as I cross-referenced many diagrams, and I measured stuff myself as well.
