I’m no expert, but that could potentially cause a short. I get rid of those gnashes by sanding it aggressively with a palm sander. But good job with the trim!

You could potentially use a online converter tool, though I don’t know how well that works. what are you planning to do with the files?

Have you sanded properly up to 800 grit sandpaper in the concave cut? That could be your issue.
