Great case design. are you going to tutorial on how to make the portable?

I can't unsolder the wii's video port. I have fresh solder on all the pins then use my desoldering pump (I think it is what it's called, it's the pump that has a soldering iron built into it) and y manual pump. I am trying to trim a wii. any tips?

you could also portably design a smaller board for the ram and move the rame onto it and wire it up to the wii to save a little bit of space (if you want to make something that is very small)

what the recommended iron temp for the solder on the wii motherboard

Can you use unleaded solder? because I don't have leaded solder

It is a black yihua soldering iron from amazon. it can go higher than 850 degrees f, I haven't tested how hot it can go and I usually solder at 750 degrees

Also, the solder (from the wii) won't melt with just my iron, do I need to re-soldering the pins?
