Can a 7" TFT LCD be connected to the Wii?

I see that the screen interface has UART and Ethernet ports.
Here is the datasheet.

You would need an additional board to convert the video output to one of those interfaces, the Wii can't natively output video over UART or Ethernet.

What about I2C or IO interfaces?
