Pms pd-3 not working

Hey all,last year,I bought a pms-pd3 to create a g-boy(which is still in progress)but,I have some problems with it:
-I can't read the micro sd card from my computer with the pms (but that's not the fault of the micro sd card which is working fine)
-The d+ and d- ports are not working for me

I checked all my voltages (which looks fine),I rewired the lines with new wires,I cleaned up the two pms and checked the shorts,but it's still not working.
I'm out of idea,is somebody got any solution please(by the way,thanks to @Xenii who already tried to help me to solve that).

For me personally it usually works best with a usb c to usb a cable. Have you tried any other cable? What computer are you using?

I am using a dell portable computer which work fines for everything and a normal USB c tonisb cable.I also tried 2 différent usb c to USB câble for make sûre it was not the problem.
