I would appreciate it if someone could confirm whether everything needed for the build is included so that everyone can benefit from this.

I also have a few questions about certain parts.

1- Is it possible to use the hall effect sticks from gulikit instead of the normal ones?

2- Which speaker would work best with the build? because as you can see I have 2 different links under "other parts".

3- Is there a way to hook the G-boy to an external display?

4- A while back I bought this Wii sensor bar for the Dolphin Emulator https://shorturl.at/Rewuj, is it possible to use it with the G-boy?

One quick note, make sure you are using Dustin's remixed boards for the GBoy for compatibility with the 4layer tech boards. If you do that, there is no need for the joystick breakout boards since the button board uses the FFCs for connecting joysticks.

1. Although I haven't done it, I don't see why it wouldn't, but I would confirm with someone who has tried it before going this route.

2. You'll want to use the 1511S-3 speakers.

3. There are a couple of avenues for this. The easiest would probably be to get a VGA to HDMI switcher from electron shepherd.

4. The sensor bars just contain LEDs that allow the Wii remotes to orient themselves. It doesn't tranit any data to the Wii. You can find battery powered versions or make your own.

Good to know. I'm in the process of ordering the boards that Dustin provided. Before I finalize the order, I'd like to double-check with you or anyone else to ensure that I've selected the right options.

And for the Vga to hdmi switch, which one works best with the G-boy?

Only the board with the contacts for the dpad and abxy buttons needs to be enig, that should save you some money with the rest of the boards.

For the VGA switcher, you'll need the VGA switch and the electronanalog. The VGA switch would take output from your Wii and input it into the ips and the electronanalog. When electronanalog detects a connection (plugged in HDMI), it will cut the display to the ips and switch it to the HDMI output.

Also, unless you're going to use a clear case I wouldn't go with black silkscreen. It ups the cost and production time over standard green.

Also, the screen lens is hard to buy. While it shows in stock, ordering has been down for a month now and this is the only source. Had to make my own janky one for my build.

I was going to put the hall effect sticks from gulikit in my build too but i think i read in the discord that they didn't like the 3.3v from the board.
