Question Repairing pms lite

I’ve blown a couple pms lites since I started portablizing, so I wanted to try and repair them. I’m not sure if I have the skills to do this, but I wanted to clarify some stuff.

1. What is the L4 component on the pms lite? If anyone knows, can you please supply a link?

2. Has the charge chip changed when the board was revised? I looked at the picture of the original pms lite and found these https://www.digikey.com/en/products/filter/battery-chargers/781?s=N4IgTCBcDaIEIEcAEYAsYCcYXqyAugL5A. Are these even the right ones, and if so which one should I get?
