if it’s the stock fan i’m not sure what voltage is required tbh i thought it was 5v iirc but i might be off, that being said the fans most people use for the ashida builds are 3v fans i can link you to the one i purchased that works on the pms boards fan pads

So I tested the 5v fan I have with an external power supply, it will run at about 3v 80mA. When connected to the fan pads, on startup the fan turns on for a brief moment and will not work afterwards. The voltage drops down to 3.7v with the load connected, this should work since the fan already works at 3v. I'm guessing the board can't supply enough current through the fan connection.
