Hi,
I am currently reverse engineering the Wii's stock case to create a "Wii Slim".
The project mainly consists of modifiable OpenSCAD files, so that i can easily change the height of the entire case and 3D-print a smaller one that better uses the space freed up by removing broken disk drives.
The CAD files are open source and on my GitHub.
You can also find a rendered image of the case there.

Currently, the top case is pretty much finished and i've now moved on to reverse the faceplate, so i can remove the disk slot and make it fit with the rest of the case.
Attached is a picture of an earlier print.
