It has the vias you need, my wiring just didn't work fsr.

ok, also do you know how I would turn on the console without the power button, the cable came disconnected while I was putting my wii u back together and I cant get it back in

ABLIC bypass
You could turn it on by pressing the power button on a paired wiimote or gamepad, bridge TP9 with GND with tweezers (it acts like a power button while the console is off), bridge the PWR via next to the SMC to GND, or manually wire the front board to the SMC pins.
