You should point out though that KiCad is completely free with up to 32 layers and whatever board size you want. The free Eagle version is very limited in comparison. Once you get over how libraries work in KiCad I think it's a clear winner.
It means that you don't want to directly connect a DC voltage to the protection circuit to charge it. You must use a charger, which limits the current and the voltage.

Does anyone know how much the 1.8v line draws from the LDO regulator? And how much current does the LDO regulator draw from the 3.3v line? And I'm talking about revisions 4 and up obviously.
