For awhile now my battery pack (4S 14.8V 5200mah) has been working fine in my Wii Laptop but all of a sudden it wouldn't turn on. From the output ends of the PCM it showed 8.16V but from the direct ends of B1- and B4+ there was 16.17V. Is the PCM blown or is there a way to sort of spark it back...
