On the RVL-PMS-2 do you still have to cut the trace for the u10 and remove the components that you have to when you are relocating to u10 if you are using the u10 replacement pin? Sorry if this is a confusion question.

You could try a PAM8803 Amp. That is if you could find one off of ebay or some other place that has fast shipping. Here's on off of Amazon. And another off of Ebay. I hope this helps.
