Worklog [2023 Contest Entry] Walrus Boy

Hey everyone,

I decided I wanted to build a "gboy-like-portable" with a few added changes (like a second z-button and a potentiometer for analog audio). I also wanna try and get some HDMI-Out on this bad boy but we'll see if I can get that to work. Best of luck to everyone and hopefully I can pull this off!

Alright, I just finished up the case and some pcbs for it. All of its looking pretty good so far, and I think I finally feel confident enough to talk about some features:

• 4 Layer Tech Boards
• 5 custom pcbs designed to house these boards
  • One houses an RVL-AMP along with a headphone jack and speakers
  • One that houses a GC+2
  • One that deals with all the front controls
  • One that deals with all the back controls
  • And last and definitely least, a breakout board for a potentiometer.
• 4:3 640x480p VGA screen
• DS Lite buttons
• Switch Joysticks
• Two 3d printed Z buttons
• 3d printed Lt and Rt (dual tac modded)
• HDMI Out
• 2 Speakers
• Headphone Jack
• 2 Samsung 18650 3000mAh batteries
• NAND relocation
