Hello all, I'll be posting my progress on my N64HHV2 project here.

Warning: I am a noob so some things may be ugly. Viewer discretion is advised ;)

So far I have:
Bought and tested an n64 (thank you for your sacrifice, n64)
Printed most of the shell

Yet to do:
Sand the shell (please forgive me for not doing it earlier)
Gather 90% of the parts
Wiring
Bang my head against the wall
Look into good carrying cases
Play Iggy's Wreckin' Balls in places god did not intend me to play in

Tips are also appreciated as I am basically going blind into this (I know, stupid idea)

Looking at the print, I'm not sure sanding is going to help much with the control areas. You'll definitely want to print this with supports since the angle is pretty aggressive.

Odd part is I did use supports. The holes look weird mostly because there is still some support material on the front from the print.

Part of the issue is your filament is wet as fuck

Like stitches suggested about wet filament. I personally use orca so our settings won't directly match, but having "hashed" interface layers (3-4 layers) ontop of the support material itself could help. Also increasing the spacing of the interface layer will help. Its been a while since I had to deal with tricky supports, but I hope what I said makes some sort of sense. Attached was an ASA print I did with supports.

It's worth mentioning that ASA supports are much easier to remove than PLA or PETG supports
