Hey guys, I have made a very simple app for my portable Wii and figured I'd post it in case anyone else wanted to use it.
basically what it does is take a pre-configured config file which is in the default_conf folder and grab a list of all the games on your usb or sd card and read the game titles as well as title id's from each of them then copy that default config file to the wmemu folder and name each one correctly ie 'Title ID_map.conf'.

Given your controls are likely different to mine I'd recommend doing the following if you want to use it, Setup and test the controls for one Wii game on your handheld then find the config for it in the wmemu folder and copy paste it into the default_conf folder and delete the existing 'default.conf' and rename yours to that.

Then you want to either copy the default_conf folder and the exe to the root of your usb or sd card and run the app from there or keep it on your pc and click the 'Directory' button to select your drive, Then once you see a list of all your game titles just click run and it will generate all the config files in the wmemu folder for you.
After you have selected your drive and all your games show up, The app will create an ini file next to the exe which simply contains the last directory you selected so the next time you mount your drive, Assuming the drive letter hasn't changed, It should jump straight to the path when clicking 'Directory' so you won't have to navigate to it again.

If you have existing files it will replace them so maybe zip up the wmemu folder first if you're worried.

Depending on how many games you have it should only take a second or two, I hope someone finds this useful :D it saved me manually setting the controls for every Wii game i had on mine.

I've updated the app to allow you to browse to a directory instead of requiring it be on the root of the drive, It will also check that the directory you selected contains the 'wbfs' folder and if it doesn't it will let you know and exit.
It will also remember the last directory you selected was.
