Not sure if the rules have been posted yet as I haven't see them. Really I would like to know if my current build would qualify as I started it a month or 2 before the contest started.

Rules haven't been posted yet, but in past contests the rule of already started portables has been that they are eligible for entry so long as they aren't completed or virtually so. I've been working on my contest entry for the last six months so you should be fine to enter your project
