It's a rev C board. They have the regulators on board. What you should really do is use a Wii instead it'll save you a lot of headache. If you really want to use it, you can remove the on board regulators if you plan to trim the board and use custom regulators. But really, just do a Wii.
I'm pretty sure @Shank would want it. He's really into gamecube's.
