Good VGA driver board that would work with this IPS display?

So if you read the red notice on the display page that you linked, this panel is replacing the non IPS panel on buy display.
So this display is actually using the one you listed. They've updated the PCB, it's blue now but I did purchase this LCD and board when I did my 4.3" display.
As for DD when information becomes available from the makers I'm sure we will know more then, but it's suppose to work with 40 pin TFT LCD but that doesn't mean every screen will work.
