The button PCB is designed. It fits in the case at the top. It holds 6 tactile buttons, the display, a thumbstick, and 2 trigger buttons.
I used EAGLE for designing the PCB. The indent in the bottom is to allow for more vertical room for the charging port.
The case is modeled but it is not permanent, it is there to gauge size for certain components.
The lower case:
The gaps are to fit the triggers:
The upper case:
And also blanks for casted button caps:
I used OnShape for modelling.
