Is it possible to dremel off one of the two ports for the GameCube cards on the board and keep only one? Want to make the wii board pretty flat while keeping many of the ports

You might have more luck with just using some flush cutters to cut the ground pins of the port then bending it until you can cut enough pins for it to come off, then desoldering the broken pins. Obviously the best way would be to desolder it with hot air though.

Ah I see. Honestly I wouldn't even bother with that, I would just get a memory card slot from a GameCube and wire that up instead. I wonder if it would fit in the the front row of through holes, the ground pins probably wouldn't line up though.
